Proverbs 18:22 expresses, "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord." As the wife, you are your husband's favor obtainer! Your husband found you. God witnessed your marriage; you are your husband's companion and his wife in the marriage covenant (Malachi 2:14). God honors the marriage covenant that was created among God, your husband, and you. He divinely joined you and your husband together. You are one flesh; therefore, what God has joined together, let no man put asunder (apart)--not your husband, you, or anyone else (Mathew 19:6). God does not see a tearing apart in your marriage union. Whether you are currently married, separated, or divorced, God still sees the marital union between you and your spouse. Your husband obtains favor from the Lord through his marital union with you. As your husband's "good thing" and help meet (Genesis 2:18), you are called by God to pray (I Thessalonians 5:17) for the manifestation of God's favor in your husband's life. According to the Lord's divine order, as the manifestation of God's favor manifests in your husband's life, the favor of God will manifest in your life. There may be challenges in your relationship right now, and you just simply do not want to pray for your husband. However, the manifestation of God's favor for your family depends upon you praying. You must see past those challenges by faith and obey God's will to pray for your husband. God wants your participation in the manifestation of His favor in your husband's life and ultimately your marriage restoration!
I decree and declare I am my husbands favor obtainer. My husband obtains favor because he found me and I will continue to pray for him to continually obtain favor with God and man.
